A new layer in how I publish and think

Welcome DIMO — A Third Layer

Published: 2026-02-15

I would like to officially welcome DIMOhttps://do-it-myself.online/ — into my publishing ecosystem.

The reasons behind its creation are explained in the first post published there. It is a very personal story — about development, dependency, returning to execution, and why this new cycle matters so much to me.

Three layers of publication

Until now, my writing existed mainly in two spaces: project-specific environments and this private blog. That was no longer sufficient.

From now on, my publications are clearly divided into three layers:

People who read this blog are warmly invited to discover DIMO. The reverse is not necessarily true.

There are topics developed here that are personal, strategic, or simply not meant to be amplified indiscriminately. Not everything needs to be shouted from the rooftops. Some ideas deserve space, nuance, and a restricted circle.

DIMO gives me the freedom to publish boldly when needed, while preserving the integrity and discretion of this space.

A quick update on Ministerium

Since many readers here follow my projects closely, a short update is appropriate.

Ministerium is running approximately two months behind my initial roadmap. That delay is intentional.

During development it became clear that the platform represents a genuine step forward in its field. When that realization happens, speed becomes less important than precision.

The Pre-MVP deployment in the cloud runs perfectly. The system is stable. I am currently working intensively on pre-MVP fine tuning before opening the initial Proof of Concept.

Better to launch correctly than prematurely.

So welcome, DIMO. A third layer was missing. It now exists.
